Tenco expert engineering staff worked closely with Alstom engineers to identify and solve complex problems and meet the exacting BART requirements for service disruption and reliability. This allowed BART to provide highly dependable service with the FOTF with the current level of 93% Customer-On-Time Performance, described in this BART press release.
