To meet the Denver area’s growing public transit needs, Denver Transit Partners (DTP) is developing an electrified commuter rail line that will connect the Denver International Airport and Denver Union Station to surrounding areas. Tenco tasks included the EMC Program for all systems, EMU rolling stock, and facilities; and development of the System Assurance Plan and analysis, which governs the terms under which DTP will be compensated for on-time service.
