LA Metro Bus Rapid Transit Connected Bus Pilot Project

For the second largest bus fleet in North America, Tenco developed and implemented a Connected Bus Display (CBD) pilot demonstration. The CBD will help drivers run buses efficiently on the G-Line, with fewer stops and more consistent speed. CBD software combines LADOT-supplied real-time traffic signal data with onboard bus GPS tracking data to optimize bus travel though G-Line intersections.
