LA Metro HR4000 Subway Car EMC and RAM

In support of the Purple Line extension, LA Metro is procuring new heavy rail subway vehicles to maintain service levels. Tenco established the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) program for the railcars, including the EMC Plan, managing key subsystem supplier EMC design and analysis, and prepared procedures for EMC Qualification Tests. For RAMS, Tenco drafted program plans and prepared preliminary analyses. For Cybersecurity, Tenco prepared the Threat and Vulnerability Assessment and the Security Risk Identification for the vehicle.
