For LA Metro’s P3010 railcar procurement project, Tenco is the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) specialist on the LA Metro Engineering team. Tenco is responsible for evaluation and independent assessment of RAMS designs and submittals, EMC designs, and networks. Tenco also performs Warranty Closeout activities, and provides project management and other technical specialties.
