Oregon Iron Works and Rockwell Automation
Working together, Oregon Iron Works (OIW), Rockwell Automation, and Tenco built and demonstrated a new low-floor streetcar equipped with advanced safety-critical control equipment. Tenco performed car-level safety analyses including: SSPP, FTA, FMECA, SQAP and EMC. Tenco worked closely with the OIW’s engineering department to assure the designs fully and safely implemented the required performance and functionality specifications.
